We have 2 Neighbourhood Hubs

In October we launched a new service to bring our care into the community. This enables us to support people earlier in their diagnosis of terminal illness.

At Cornwall Hospice Care we know only too well the issues many people have around living with terminal illness, whether they’re a patient, carer, family member or friend.

These Neighbourhood Hubs are currently in Wadebridge and Penzance on Thursday afternoons and, like all our services, are free.

There will be a friendly face and a cup of tea waiting for you alongside our experts. No question is too big or too small.

You can self-refer to a Neighbourhood Hub or speak to your GP.

Contact us on 01726 829874 or e-mail communications@cornwallhospice.co.uk to find out more.
