Our Community Services during Covid

Although our Community Services venues are temporarily closed due to the Covid-19 pandemic, we are still here for you.

Whilst our face to face Neighbourhood Hub clinics, Community Friendship Cafes, Wellbeing Workshops and Bereavement Friendship Support Groups that we would normally run are not currently available, we are adapting our services to offer you remote support.

We are now able to offer support phone and video calls, information and signposting for patients, carers and relatives dealing with terminal illnesses, those who are isolated and vulnerable in our communities and for those who have experienced the death of a loved one.

Support Calls

We are now pleased to be able to offer support calls either by phone or video call.

Contact our team direct on 01726 829874 in the first instance to request a call.  Your call will be triaged and we will arrange a call back from the most appropriate member of our team to assist you.

Virtual Community Friendship Cafe

Our Virtual Community Friendship Cafe is a private group on Facebook for members to to share experiences and information.

Each week has a different theme to focus on and also features live chats and activities to join in with.
