This event is organised by The Banger Rally Challenge in support of Cornwall Hospice Care.
The Banger Rally Challenge has raised over £1,200,000 for charities over the years. This year the rally is heading to Portugal – Porto or Bust!
This is an opportunity of a lifetime and will be a trip to remember, driving on some of Europe’s finest and most scenic roads. The only snag is your car has to cost around £500 to be entered in to the Banger Rally category. (You may prefer to drive a more expensive vehicle, but this will not be eligible for the prize money). Either way, you can still raise money for Cornwall Hospice Care. At the final night’s presentation a share of over £3,500 worth of cash prize’s & trophies will be awarded to the teams scoring the most points in each of the daily stages; the various different category winners, and of course the Overall Rally Winner!
Cornwall Hospice Care have a limited number of “Free” places available, in return for signing up we ask your team to fundraise a minimum of £1495. You will still receive the same benefits as other participants – this includes welcome & finishing party, t shirts, suggested route plan, quizzes, challenges, car stickers, finishers medals, camping and your own team leader.
