Dinner Delights is an exciting new way to fundraise for Cornwall Hospice Care.

Host a meal for friends or family in June 2018 for a donation to our charity.

We have some exciting invites, recipes, decoration and game ideas for you to make it an unforgettable evening.

The best part is you can do whatever you want! From a black tie 3 course dinner to a fancy dress tapas night or even a beach BBQ.

We’ll provide balloons, buckets and Gift Aid envelopes for your dinner guests to make a donation.

We’ll be adding recipes from a Cornwall Hospice Care chef soon!

Food thoughts

  • BBQ Desserts – Campfire Cones – waffle cones filled with fruit/marshmallows/chocolate. Wrap in foil and warm on the BBQ, top with cream or ice cream when opened
  • Picnic – Mini frittatas – use any leftover meat or veg as a filling!
  • Why not make it fancy dress to suit your food theme?
  • Ask your friends and family to bring a bottle!

Frequently Asked Questions

How does this raise money for Cornwall Hospice Care?

Your dinner guests need to be asked to make a donation in the Gift Aid envelopes that will be provided.  You can suggest that this can be a way of scoring their enjoyment of the evening, or that people could donate the amount that they would usually pay if they went out for a meal!

Could I do a beach BBQ?

Yes, of course you can! Gather your friends for a formal sit down meal or relaxed meal. Wherever and whenever suits you!

Do I have to let you know I'm taking part?

Yes please! That way we can send you anything you’ll need to make your event a success.
