Applications are NOW OPEN for our Gold Bond London Marathon places for 2022!

Applications for our places will close at 5pm on 31st January 2022.  All applicants will be notified when the panel has met and considered the applications – this will be in line with the Public Announcement from the London Marathon in early February 2022.

Please do also consider applying for a place via the Virgin Money London Marathon Public Ballot when it opens as you can still choose to fundraise for us.

If you are successful in becoming a #TeamCHC runner, you’ll receive your running vest and our fundraising team will be in touch to offer support and guidance to help you with your fundraising efforts.

Join #TeamCHC and enjoy these VIP benefits

One of our personalised technical running vests to wear with pride.  Show the world who you are supporting and look the part too!

A Race Day Cheer Squad

There are various Hospice UK cheer points along the route – look out for us at one of these on race day! We let our runners know ahead of race day where we will be and will be sure to shout lots of encouragement to you as your go by. Friends and family are welcome to join us at the cheer points too. Plus you are invited to a massage and hot food and drink at the Hospice UK hospitality venue after your race to refuel and rejuvenate your aching muscles.

``It's only now, after seeing photos shared/hearing others stories, that it's finally starting to sink in to me what we all achieved on Sunday. At the time I felt like I was in a 'bubble' watching what was going on; only now am I reliving the moments and realising how 'magical' Sunday actually was!`` Sue - #TeamCHC 2019

Why support Cornwall Hospice Care?

Terry was cared for at Mount Edgcumbe Hospice during lockdown, and during this time, he talked to us about what had happened to him, and what being cared for at the hospice meant to him.

His sheer relief at the peace and comfort he found there meant he was concerned for others in the same position as him, knowing the impact the coronavirus pandemic was having on charities.  When he knew that hospices beds were at risk of closing, Terry wanted to help.

Sadly Terry recently passed away, but the compassion he felt for others lives on.  You can help keep Terry’s bed open by joining #TeamCHC.
