Reflections is a moving and peaceful way in which to remember loved ones. Your personal, hand written message of remembrance, together with a bright pink gerbera flower will be placed on our wicker raft, in the shape of an open lotus flower. With some gentle background music and the sounds of the sea, we stand together as the raft is rowed slowly away.
We hold two Reflections afternoons during June and anyone is invited to attend, there does not need to be a personal connection with our hospices.
The first will be at Polkerris beach near Par on Sunday the 9th June where, from 4pm you are invited to add your message to the raft. Alternatively you can join us at Trebah Garden near Falmouth on Sunday 16th June from 4pm when there will be free entrance into the garden.
If you would like a message to be included on one of the rafts but are unable to attend either of the afternoons, please let me know which raft you would like your message to be on, and I will ensure that it is included. At both events the raft will float at approximately 5pm, weather and sea conditions permitting.
Friends and family are also welcome to join us on the day, there will be additional tags available if anyone would like to add a message on the day.
