Lovely trail through 6+ gardens throughout the picturesque village of Veryan. The trail includes The Old Chapel (originally Roseland Nursery), cottage gardens, poly tunnels and wild gardens. The trail comes to a close at Trist House owned by Lord Saville, which consists of hidden treasures such as the Folly created with Carne stone, a Pleasure Garden with a Victorian Rose Arch. There’s also a Monkey Puzzle Tree, believed to be among the first to be planted in Cornwall.
Registration for all garden access will be at Veryan Parish Hall where you collect your trail map with information. Choose your own route to suit you.
Refreshments and Cream teas will be available to purchase in the hall all afternoon, provided by the Roseland Fundraising Group.
