As a Processing and Distribution Assistant – Transport your main duties will be the delivery and collection of stock across the county, which may include heavy items of furniture.

Working as part of our Donation Centre team you will also be responsible for the sorting of donated goods and stock at our St Austell Donation Centre, which operates Monday to Saturday each week.  You’ll  be helping to determine what we sell in our stores and what we can recycle. You’ll also work with those donating items, to maximise our Gift Aid income opportunity.

You’ll contribute directly to our high street charity shops generating their income.  This in turn funds the invaluable care and support we provide in our hospices, improving the lives of those with terminal illnesses.

This role is based at our Daniels Lane Donation Centre site, however, you will be required to travel across Cornwall on a daily basis and a car allowance is payable.  A clean and current Driving Licence is therefore required for this position.

This is a fixed term contract up to 30th January 2022, with the possibility of extending further.
