As we approach our year end and an early Easter break, we’d like to thank you all, staff and volunteers, for your dedication, commitment and hard work over the past extraordinary year. It’s been a year like no other, but we’ve got through it by working as one team and you should all be very proud of what we’ve achieved. Our goal was to keep our hospices open 24/7 for those who needed our end-of-life care and together we’ve achieved this. We’ve had to adapt, innovate and develop our ways of working and we’re humbled by the way you’ve all risen to the challenges.
We can now look forward to a better year ahead with renewed vigour and enthusiasm. Our Donation Centres have started gathering in goods (please note they’re closed over the 4-day Easter weekend) and our shops reopen on Monday 12th April, while our fantastic fundraisers are busy with all sorts of activities. There’s a really positive light on our horizon.
To all of you, especially those of you who are working in the hospices this long weekend, we wish you a peaceful and Happy Easter.
Paul, Gina and Graham
