We know that communication is key and we’ve promised we’ll keep in touch with you all during these challenging times. You should be receiving our internal newsletter All Together and our special briefings, both of which are available on our intranet (Sharepoint).

We’re also adding news to the password protected Message Board on our website. This is a page you can all access, staff and volunteers, from any computer or smart phone, by going to www.cornwallhospicecare.co.uk and clicking on the button marked ‘Message Board’ at the very top of the home page. We assure you we’ll also continue to keep you updated with further news and developments as we continue through the rest of this very tough year.

This month we’re reintroducing our Open Door sessions and would like to invite you to chat with us in person or via TEAMS on your computer. We’re here to try and answer your questions, listen to your concerns and talk through your ideas for our future.

These are the dates for August (2020) and we’ll share future dates in the coming weeks;

Wednesday 12th August – Open Door sessions with Paul Brinsley and Graham Clarke at St Julia’s Hospice in the upstairs office. The face to face session will be from 10.30am to 11.30am. The Open TEAMS session will be from 11.30am to 12.30pm.

Thursday 13th August – Open Door sessions with Paul Brinsley and Graham Clarke at Daniels Lane in the staff canteen. The face to face session will be from 2.30pm to 3.30pm. The Open TEAMS session will be from 3.30pm to 4.30pm.

Friday 14th August – Open Door sessions at Mount Edgcumbe Hospice with Paul Brinsley and Gina Starnes in Paul’s office. The face to face session will be from 2.30pm to 3.30pm. The Open TEAMS session will be from 3.30pm to 4.30pm.
