Our latest employee and volunteer survey – a thank you from our Executive Team. Friday 4th February 2022.

We’ve recently closed our latest survey that aimed to gather your thoughts about our charity as we begin the process to write our next 5-year strategy. We wanted to thank you for taking part and for the many comments, suggestions and observations you’ve shared. You’ve given us much food for thought about our Vision, Mission and Values and outlined some very interesting ideas about ambitions we should have for the future.

We’ll now be reviewing what you’ve said in detail and we’ll share the key headlines from the survey in the coming weeks. We’ll also keep you regularly updated as we continue to develop this strategy that will cover the period from 2023 to 2028.

Thank you also to those of you who’ve expressed an interest in getting further involved in the work around this plan. We’ll be contacting you soon.
