Slowly and carefully beginning to re-open....

Today we announced the great news that we are slowly and carefully starting the re-opening of SOME of our shops from today onwards.

We went live on Facebook at lunchtime with Chief Executive, Paul Brinsley and Head of Retail, Frazer Hopkins to tell our supporters this exciting news.  Watch a recording of this below.

Cornwall Hospice Care's shops begin to re-open....

The Retail Team have been working very hard behind the scenes, making all the necessary changes to get our first phase of shops ready to re-open to the public to keep our staff, volunteers and customers as safe as possible in this “new normal” environment.  We might need to adapt and change things as we go, so please do talk to our team if there’s something you think we could improve on.

It does mean that we are doing this in a measured way, so not all our shops will be open yet – you can check which shops are open, contact details and opening hours HERE.

Also, we won’t be accepting donations at the newly opened shops – our 4 Donation Stations at Truro, St Austell, Bodmin and Bude will remain open for this and we will also continue using our vans as Mobile Donation Points for donors to bring their items to.  Find all the latest information about where you can donate HERE.

Below are the shops opening in the first phase – to begin with core opening hours will be 10am to 4pm Tuesday to Saturday, but where we are able we may extend these hours.

As soon as we have more news about the next phases, we’ll let everyone know.
