The sun shone on Falmouth today, Sunday 13th March as our runners arrived in the town for Run Falmouth Half Marathon. The 13.1 mile event, saw runners arrive at Ships and Castles, the new Race HQ. 599 people took to the start line of the half marathon, which is the 4th race in the 2022 Cornwall Glass sponsored Cornwall Road Running Grand Prix Series.

Thanks to all staff and volunteers who helped on the day and to the Falmouth Road Runners who organise this event jointly with Cornwall Hospice Care. A special thank you goes to Lesley Pallett, Massage Therapist who was able to support runners after the event. Also, thanks to Cornwall & Devon 4×4 and Omega Medical who attended the event.
The course record of 1.14.28, set by Colin Snook of Cornwall AC in 2019, still stands.
