Visit beautiful gardens throughout Cornwall and support Cornwall Hospice Care.

An opportunity to visit uniquely different picturesque Cornish gardens varying in size and design that have been tended with love and care. Be inspired by the rare and exotic plants and trees, woodland sculptures and stunning locations of the gardens in this year’s Open Gardens Scheme, which runs from the beginning of April to mid-September.

Details of the 20 gardens opening their gates to help raise valuable funds for the charity, are listed in our Open Gardens brochure which is available now free of charge, from all Cornwall Hospice Care shops, most garden centres and tourist information centres. Alternatively download a copy of it here.

Our Open Gardens ambassador and gardening personality, George Kestell, says of this year’s scheme “We have quite a range of garden delights for you this year. There are some firm favourites like the impressive Plantsmans Garden at Ken Caro and some new treats like the trail of three gardens at Mylor. We’re fortunate to have the support of gardens all over Cornwall so hopefully there’s one near you”.

We really hope that you will enjoy visiting the gardens and will be inspired to visit as many as possible. Each visit will be helping to keep the work of Cornwall Hospice Care going.

We are always looking for more gardens to add to our Open Gardens Scheme, so if you would be happy to open your garden to the public and help support Cornwall Hospice Care we would love to hear from you
