Wellbeing Workshops

From time to time our Complementary Therapy team run our Wellbeing Workshops, aimed at patients and/or their carers to learn how to use complementary therapies at home.

Complementary therapies are natural, gentle and non invasive treatments that are used to complement traditional medical treatments.

You’ll learn:

  • Techniques to relax and calm the mind
  • Ways to cope with symptoms such as anxiety, panic & insomnia
  • How to make creams, lotions and aromasticks
  • The sessions finish with a relaxation session.

The workshops are free, however you will need to reserve your place on it as spaces are very limited.
