Terms and conditions….. To take part in the Santa Fun Run/Santa Cycle

  • To take part in any event being held as part of the Santa Series, you MUST register either in advance or on the day. However advance registration is recommended to guarantee your space, since spaces at each run are limited and if filled in advance, then registration on the day may not be available.
  • To register each person or Team Leader must complete and sign a registration form.
  • Registration for any Santa Fun Runs or the Santa cycle is £12 for Adults and £7 for Children (12 and under), to take part in both the Santa Run and Santa Cycle is £15 for Adults and £10 for Children (12 and under) at Padstow.  Children being pushed in buggies are free but will not receive a Santa suit.
  • Registration Includes a Santa Suit.
  • All registration fees are non-refundable unless the event is full.
  • Entrants under the age of 18 must have their registration form signed by a parent or guardian and must be accompanied by an adult on the day.
  • If you are unable to take part please let us know as soon as possible by calling us on 01726 66868 – your place is non transferable and may be reallocated by the organisers.
  • If taking part in the Santa Cycle, and utilising a bike provided by Bridge Cycle Hire, you are responsible for finding your own way back from Padstow to Wadebridge.
  • Bikes for the Santa Cycle are provided by Bridge Cycle Hire.
  • No alcohol is to be consumed prior to or during the event.
  • By registering for The Santa Fun Run/Santa Cycle, you confirm that you are in a state of reasonable health and fitness.
  • Each entrant is asked to raise as much as possible to help support the work of Cornwall Hospice Care. Entrants raising and donating £20.14 will receive a gift and those raising £40 will also receive a gift (subject to availability).
  • Liability and insurance - The organisers and promoters of the event cannot be held liable for injury, loss or damage resulting from taking part in this event, nor can they accept liability for changes to the event beyond their control.
