Working with Cornwall Hospice Care can bring genuine and long-lasting benefits to your company, from public perception to employee motivation – demonstrating that your Company is supporting Cornwall and taking its social responsibility seriously.
Partnerships are a two way street and we recognise that both your business needs and philanthropic aims must be satisfied. No matter how big or small your company, there are a number of ways you can support Cornwall Hospice Care:
Does your company nominate a Charity of the Year? If so we would love to hear from you! We will connect you with a dedicated Fundraiser to help you achieve your goals and maximise your fundraising. We’ll provide face-to-face support, materials, advice and PR support. However you choose your charities, please let us know. Alternatively, if your company doesn’t formally choose a charity each year then why not arrange some staff fundraising or join in one of our events?
We are one of the most established and respected charities in Cornwall and we can help raise your brand awareness through the sponsorship of one of our events while also demonstrating your company’s committment to supporting our local community.
We have a range of volunteering opportunities at our Hospices and in our shops, with opportunities across Cornwall. We also need teams to help us promote our events or take part in collections. Find out more about Team Building.
Giving directly from your pay is tax efficient. Anyone can give if their pay or pension is taxed through PAYE and their employer offers a Payroll Giving Scheme. Payroll Giving helps to provide Cornwall Hospice Care with a reliable monthly income to fund our care, for example:
An hour of nursing care costs on average £20. Through Payroll Giving a £20 donation would cost you £16 as a 20% tax rate payer. This gets lower, to just £11 if you are a 45% tax rate payer.

Not all gifts need to be financial to support. Sometimes, something as simple as being able to use your meeting room can make help. If you have a resource that you think could be useful for us and you would be willing to donate then we would love to hear from you.
