Chloe is an Occupational Therapist based at St Julia’s Hospice working with our inpatients and their families.

In her role, she looks holistically at patients and their occupational needs which include self-care, productivity and leisure.  She helps patients to adapt and improve their abilities to function day to day, as well as enhancing their well-being and quality of life.  Chloe does this by teaching patients (and their families) new skills and strategies including fatigue management and anxiety management techniques.

Chloe can also look at patients’ home environments and assess for any support or equipment needs they may have, to allow them to be discharged home safely and to function as well as possible at home.
