Gwendoline is an Occupational Therapist based at St Julia’s Hospice.  She works mostly in the Neighbourhood Hubs and Community Services but also supports as needed with in-patients at St Julia’s Hospice.

Gwendoline aims to help patients adapt to their changing condition, maximise their ability to function day to day, maintain or improve their independence where possible and enhance their wellbeing and quality of life.

This might take the form of goal setting and problem solving, helping the person develop coping strategies, practical advice and providing equipment or basic adaptations at home.

Gwendoline has a particular interest in anxiety management, fatigue management and advance care planning and is always up for a good chat.
