
Join the Pentyr Singers and St Stythians Male Voice Choir on Sunday 25th May for a charity garden party entitled A Garden of Song.
Enjoy an afternoon of stunning live music in beautiful surroundings, raising money for Cornwall Hospice Care and Kernow Kidney Patient Association.
As well as live music to listen to, there’ll also be the opportunity to explore the stunning gardens at Millbrook between Helston and Gweek. At A Garden of Song you’ll also be able to grab some refreshments, browse the book stall and make sure you’ve got your tickets for the raffle too!
Entry to A Garden of Song is free, just come along on the day.
About the Pentyr Singers
The Pentyr Singers are a friendly, mixed voice choir based in Cornwall who love coming together every week to make music, singing old favourites and learning new pieces too.
They hold a number of concerts across the year and sometimes partner up with other local choirs to put on events. Each year they raise funds for Cornwall Hospice Care, a favourite charity for our choir members.
About St Stythians Male Voice Choir
Three words; tradition, success and charity, reflect St Stythian’s Male Voice Choir’s illustrious past and present. Founded in 1947, it has had only three Musical Directors in over 75 years; choir members with over 55 years’ service. Cornish Choir’s Federation membership and support from the beginning. Awards at numerous music festivals, invitations to sing with other choirs countrywide and audience feed-back. Over the years, the choir has raised many thousands of pounds for a wide range of good causes.
