At-A-Glance Guide to our Shops

We are reopening the doors to 21 of our shops and to our donation centres on the 2nd December. Please remember not all of our shops are open and donation centres are for donating only. Truro Donation Centre will not reopen at Pydar Street – look out for it’s reopening in a new location early in 2021. All the information regarding which shops are open and opening times is below.

Our eBay shop is also OPEN where you can purchase our Christmas Cards, Pocket Diaries and lots more goodies.

Reopening from 2nd December

All shops open Tuesday to Saturday 10am to 4pm unless otherwise stated.

They are NOT able to accept donations at this time as they do not have storage to allow for our 72 hours embargo before sorting and cleaning.  Please use our Donation Centres instead.

Hayle shop 10am – 4pm Tuesday to Saturday (Penpol Terrace, Hayle) is home to our first Donation Point, which is clearly signed. Due to limited space and having to isolate donated goods for 72 hours, we can only take small numbers of bags and boxes.

Please note: we’ll be operating a ‘first-come-first-served’ system and once we’re full we won’t be able to accept any more donations on that day.

Our apologies, but you won’t be able to donate larger items or furniture.  These you can take to one of our Donation Centres listed above.
